Dessicated Coconut
We stock both fancy shred and ground Dessicated Coconut. It is simply the shredded and dried form of Coconut flesh. It has a moisture content below 5% and can be stored for years without altering it's taste. It is used in some meat dishes but mainly used in Cake making. The fancy shred is often used for decorating Cakes.
