Christmas Pudding Vodka
Fancy something different to drink at Christmas time? Try this Fruity Spiced Vodka.
Ingredients:
- 300g/10 1/2 oz Mixed Fruit with Peel
- 2 Cinnamon Quills
- 2 tsp Mixed Spice
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 75g/3oz Caster Sugar
- 750ml Vodka
- 1 Orange – Zest only
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cover tightly with cling film.
- Put in the fridge for 3 days, stirring once a day.
- Using a fine muslin sieve the Vodka into a large jug or back into the empty Vodka bottle and discard the Fruit and Spice mixture.
