We are celebrating Rye's famous Wild Boar week which runs from 25th October – 2nd November 2014 and we have made 2 products, a Wild Boar Rub and a Wild Boar Seasoning.
This Rub is a smooth Spice mix which can be used to flavour your Wild Boar joint before roasting.
Wild Boar Rub Ingredients: Onion Powder, Fine Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Ground Sage, Garlic Powder, Mustard Flour, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Rosemary.
