The ground form of this Spice is also known as "Pimento", it has a rich aroma similar to an aromatic spice blend. All Spice is actually the dried berries from the pimenta dioica plant and it is used in Middle Eastern dishes and some Cakes and Biscuits such as Gingerbread.
